Home Turf records, fresher times and sturdier tracks

Home Turf restores access to existing records after the upgrade regression, alongside better track recovery and times that stay up to date. This release also includes repeatable conditions for newer competitions, fixes severe track deformation and strengthens respawn placement.

New features

  • A short confetti burst celebrates an improved time once it is confirmed in the visible top-three podium.

Improvements

  • Home Turf podium times load automatically and refresh after a race. Small loading indicators show when times are still arriving.
  • Your saved personal best appears immediately. A failed upload keeps that local best and shows a clear error.
  • Rival-track downloads retry once, keep successful arrivals and offer Retry for missing entries instead of presenting an incomplete list as complete.

Fixes

  • Home Turf record compatibility hotfix: fixes the upgrade regression that made existing times appear missing. Original competition records and standings are recognized again while newer competition records remain retained.
  • Earlier results remain visible separately when their race rules differ, rather than being silently mixed into the current race targets.
  • Matching ghost recordings remain associated with their original competition, without substituting recordings from incompatible rules.
  • Recoverable local history is preserved before replacing records, personal times or recordings. A failed preservation step blocks the replacement.
  • Preserved local history remains visible when a historical standings request is incomplete or fails.
  • Repeatable conditions for newer Home Turf competitions: normal clear daytime, seeded train schedules and simulation-driven animal behavior repeat after restarting. Existing competitions retain their original simulation policy. Graphics settings preserve physical scenery and animals for competitions using the repeatable-conditions rules.
  • Record-specific train conditions stay with the saved and shared Home Turf track when available. Previous competition results remain visible separately when their rules differ; unrecorded historical train positions are not reconstructed.
  • Track recovery across devices: published Home Turf tracks can be recovered after failed lookups. Selecting and deleting an unrecorded replacement no longer blocks recovery of the published track with its record.
  • Late responses no longer overwrite refreshed standings or hide download/upload errors. Long error messages remain readable.
  • Sturdier tracks: fixed towering pavement fins when fissures cross structural braid ramps. Shared bridge tips, concrete, borders and dirt/sand Cau Cau decks preserve their structural surfaces while the ground excavation remains below.
  • Supported respawns: recovery searches now check physical floor support and room for the car. If no suitable destination is available, recovery retries without repeating the death, splash or explosion.
