Window help
- A small “?” in the top-right corner of windows now opens relevant help. Help texts are available in German and English.
- Window help is enabled by default. Turn it off or back on under Settings → Game → “Show window help”. Select “Apply” to save your choice.
Your call notes
- The incident file now lets you add your own notes with multiple lines and up to 2000 characters per call. Scroll below “Notes” and select the conversation under “Call for notes”.
- Your notes survive “Ask situation”, are saved with the shift and are synchronized in multiplayer.
- You can also select ended conversations. After the incident is closed, notes remain available to read and copy.
Bug fix: Custom-region loading
This update improves loading custom regions, including locations outside Germany.
- If the full map request fails and no usable cached copy is available, the game tries a smaller fallback request for fire and ambulance stations, hospitals and police stations.
- Reduced region data is cached separately. Loading messages identify missing map details, and the game requests full data again the next time you start the region.
- The first road download for custom regions now starts at an existing fire or ambulance station. Coastal and island regions no longer rely solely on a map midpoint that may lie in the water.
- The new loading messages are available in German and English.
Downloading new map data still requires reachable external data sources. If your location will not load, please share its exact name and the last loading message to help us investigate.
