0.5.0 Hotfix 1 + Balloon Counter

Features:

• Added a way to see how many balloons you have popped in your current level by going to menu -> profile

Changed:

1. Moved diagnostic information behind a button to show it in the menu -> profile
2. Capped the amount of footstep noises that can play at once which helps prevent audio cutting out.

Fixed:

• Fixed Halloween outfit in "Hide Body" Mode being inverted, seeing only arms and body instead of just feet and hands.
• Added a temporary fix for player's whos balloons count got messed up, which fixes your save file
