Update 1.0.1: Controller and Steam Deck fixes

Thank you all for playing Glowtide Isle and for the great feedback on launch day! This update fixes the issues you reported:

- Controller: the A button now works on the character creation screen, and B goes back and closes menus
- Controller: the Menu / Start button now opens the pause menu (Settings, Main menu, Save & quit)
- Controller: the left stick now moves one step at a time in menus
- The arrival scene with Mayor Wallace now plays correctly on your very first game
- Palm tree trunks no longer look inside-out
- Ponds now have the same water color as the rivers flowing out of them
