Update 1.0.2: Day 1 no longer leaves you waiting

SYSADMIN Hell · published

Thanks for playing the demo!

The first players' numbers told us something clear: day 1 was too slow. Tickets trickled in, the queue sat empty, and you spent your first shift waiting for work. That's not the SYSADMIN experience. You're supposed to be behind from the start.

What's changed

  • You start with a full queue. The welcome email said the queue was already full. Now it actually is.

  • Day 1 never runs dry. When the queue gets short, new tickets arrive within seconds. If you're already behind, nothing extra piles on.

  • Faster first upgrades. You'll buy your first five upgrades in about half the time, and the company starts growing within the first couple of minutes.

  • The Daily Shift gets the same faster start, so quick players can now post higher scores.

Tell us what you think
