v1.2 — The Run Update
Two new runs, and they don't play like the first three. Instead of taking a
card away, these bosses rewrite the table itself: more decks in the shoe, a
lower bust ceiling, a dealer who won't settle. High Roller goes from 3 runs to
5, with a permanent joker waiting at the end of each new one.
🃏 Two new runs
- The Shoe — the casino keeps adding decks, and your upgrades spread thinner.
- Mini-boss: the shoe grows to 2 decks for the rest of the run
- Final boss: a 4-deck shoe, and the dealer draws to 18
- An enhancement stamps every copy of that card in the shoe — that's your way back
The Squeeze — 21 stops being the ceiling you know.Mini-boss: you bust above 20 for the roundFinal boss: you bust above 20 and ties pay the houseYour total shows the squeeze while it's on (like "18 / 20")
The Shoe unlocks when you clear Ten Crunch. The Squeeze unlocks when you clear The Shoe.
⭐ Two new permanent jokers
Clear a new run and its reward is yours for every run after:
- Echo Chamber (from The Shoe) — joker offers can repeat. Own up to 2 copies
of a joker and its effect fires twice. ×Mult jokers stay one of a kind. - House Limit (from The Squeeze) — you bust above 22 instead of 21. The
dealer still busts above 21. Try it with Close To Bust.
🏆 Two new achievements
One for clearing each new run.
📏 Good to know
- On a squeezed round an Ace can't take you past the ceiling, so Ace + 10 counts
as 11, not blackjack. - "Perfect 21" bonuses still need exactly 21, even with House Limit.
- House Limit works against the squeeze too: a squeezed ceiling of 20 becomes 21.
🔧 Fixes
- Cleared Ten Crunch before this update? The Shoe now unlocks for you
automatically.
Next up is v1.3, The Deck Update: build your own deck from cards you earn across
runs. Keep the feedback coming.
