Language fixes — October 14

Today's update fixes several cases where English text could appear while another language was selected. The update is now live in both the main game and Playtest.

• Added missing translations for multiplayer connection and error messages.
• Fixed translation of formatted gameplay messages, including auction notifications and city facility reports.
• Corrected untranslated text in character selection, save/load errors, bankruptcy dialogs, career rewards and credits.
• Improved localized player counts and game-speed labels.

Thank you to everyone who reported untranslated text. If you spot anything else, please send a screenshot and tell us which language you selected.
