We've confirmed that these were caused by corrupted save data from abnormal game exits. Here are the optimizations we've made：
Optimized the save function to greatly reduce the occurrence of save data corruption
Provided a save reset feature so players unable to play normally due to corrupted save data can reset their save and continue playing
【Note】Depending on which save file was corrupted, one of three situations may occur: loss of gifts, loss of character customization data, or loss of player settings. Players unable to play normally due to save issues will receive a notification after this update detailing exactly what information was lost.
We understand the inconvenience of having to re-customize your character or recollect gifts. However, corrupted files cannot be repaired, and if the save is not reset, the entire game becomes completely unplayable. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our playersm(ಥ﹏ಥ)m. We have already optimized the save system to reduce the likelihood of such issues occurring.
