1-Fix for: players were unable to create lobbies.
2-You should now be able to mute or change volume of the In-Game Voice chat
3-You can now see who is talking in game voice.
4-if someone got chosen randomly for QB because no one wanted to be QB, another vote happens at the 2nd half.
