Fix: Equanthorn revive
Fix: Weird Scutumthoth and insanity interactions.
Fix: In town there was a visual bug on open deck edit before you open the card shop.
Balance changes:
-Chaos seer init effect now divides between /3 and not /4. Also he has a second attack on 2.
-Scutumthoth now gains 4 doom on 2.
-Abyssal Illusionist only summons a second copy, not a third.
