Youth Academy

  • Training now takes 36 instead of 84 weeks (tier 1)

  • UI adjustments for better clarity.

  • "End training" now shows the consequence: the expected rating against your squad average, and the weeks that cancelling buys you back.

  • AI clubs only take on graduates who come close to their starting eleven: around 13 instead of 45 percent. Those who do not make the jump leave the club.

  • A graduate who is not taken on no longer brings in any money. The academy is a route to players, not a trading business.

Club Foundation

  • Starting funds of 8 instead of 5 million, and the squad is stronger

Sponsors

  • The main sponsor now has an industry and with it an effect: bank, brewery, logistics and thirteen more. Its benefit counts double compared to a board sponsor from the same industry. Industry and effect are shown on each of the three offer cards. The choice is therefore more than picking the biggest number.

Matchday

  • Players move more smoothly and no longer twitch about as often.

World Balance

  • Players now have a career arc: up to 23 training carries them beyond their potential, from 28 the potential is the ceiling, and from 31 it drops below. In weekly operation there was previously no ageing at all, and the oldest player in the world never reached retirement age.

  • Clubs now sign free agents from the market first before promoting a youth player.

  • The bottom line: over three seasons the world gains 5.1 instead of 7.3 rating points, and the money supply grows considerably more slowly (factor 1.37 instead of 1.49).
