Changes:
- Added new level (level 5)
- Added new weapon (Leaf blower)
- Added ability to skip money readout by pressing any button
- Added level 5 to mission select
- Added ability to push some boxes
- Added exit scene when using exit car to each level
- Changed how exit car works
- Changed some box drops
Fixes:
- Fixed background on level 2 in mission select screen
- Fixed and issue where you couldn't press resume button when paused
