The "Make the Game Less Annoying" Patch

-Added the ability to skip cutscenes by pressing the "MENU" button (i.e Start / ESC)
-Added slight input buffering to reduce attacks being "eaten" and your boxer uselessly standing still
-Added the ability to replay the tutorial
-Added a menu at the end of quick fight to more quickly get into another match
