0.4.1 - server browser improvements

Features:

• Server browser sorting on all fields, defaulting to lowest ping
• Added a status code in the profile to help understand players who are having issues with logins
• Added scrolling with right joystick in all scrollable windows

Changed:

• Ban check now retries. When this failed, some players were not able to get online even if they were not banned
• Removed the red dot during calibration. This confused some players

Fixed:

• Fixed the issue where players can't spawn their bike due to changed system times
• Fixed head mode in spectator cam not using the vertical aspect ratio
• Fixed a crash when your quest headset is muted and you start recording
• Fixed a case where the camera didn't get registered in time, leaving it at world origin
• Fixed a some assets on Docks Skatepark (hole in floor, z fighting on vent assets, gaps in containers)
• Fixed the bright camo hoodie having the wrong texture on standalone
• Fixed the spectator view not properly showing helmets
• Fixed FOV not being able zooming in on handheld camera
