Tweaked dungeon item drops

Tweaked some equipment and fixed bugs

Tweaked weapons: Buffed Sea Fire and Phantom Blade as they were too weak

• (Old) Sea Fire (Double-handed sword) = Attack 99, 3x damage to ghosts and magical creatures

  (New) Sea Fire (Double-handed sword) = Attack 100, 7x damage to ghosts and magical creatures

• (Old) Phantom Blade (Double-handed sword) = 66 Attack, 3x damage to ghosts

  (New) Phantom Blade (Double-handed sword) = 100 Attack, 7x damage to ghosts

*Players who already have these items can pick them up in the same location that they first got them.
