Another controller update

Hello Legacy of Evil players! We've implemented an update to address several issues:

• We're still working on connectivity issues with various controllers and striving to find a comprehensive solution.
• In this update, we've fixed a bug where button configurations set in the options menu only applied during gameplay, not on navigation screens.
• We've also updated rules to mitigate connectivity issues with generic controllers.
• Rules have been adjusted to prevent the control connectivity PopUp menu from losing focus, ensuring it remains interactive.
• Resolution bar adjustments have been made for SteamDeck screens.
