(Addition) Added proper player name and health billboards.
(Addition) Added proper settings menu.
(Addition) Added Steam integration, Session ID will show "STEAM" when connected with Steam. If the user is not connected to Steam it'll use the default web host method.
(Addition) Steam username and avatar is shown in the Player list or only the username field if not connected through Steam.
