Patch v.0.10 (Black Screen, DirectX and LowLevelFatalError FIX)

Update v.0.10 has been released.

- The problem of getting a DirectX error on some computers has been fixed.
- The problem of staying on a black screen on the login screen of the game on some computers has been fixed.
- The LowLevelFatalError problem on some computers has been fixed.

Match mode and lobby system will be released very soon!
