Hotfix patch for update 1.3

A quick hotfix to fix a few issues found in today's 1.3 patch. Thank you to everyone for there feedback.

- Fixed an issue preventing marketing upgrades from being purchased
- Fixed an issue preventing auto genre research from being enabled
- Fixed an issue with navigation mesh for company pet in office 4
