Fix for missing rims and car spawn glitch

A few more quick fixes for latest major update:

v0.9.9.9.3 Beta

* Fixed : Some cars are missing rims (issue presented due to changes made in latest Unity engine version)
* Fixed : Some cars glitch on spawn in garage (issue presented due to changes made in latest Unity engine version)
* Fixed : Drift score is accumulated when car is moving backwards (drift in reverse still possible only after a certain angle)
