1.59 Small fixes and adjustments

Update 1.59 released

Patch notes:

• Fixed a small bug that was preventing game server from being started
• Fixed physics related issue that was causing players to go through walls
• Hitbox made bigger to avoid flying in circles trying to hit enemy
• Blast from attack is made stronger to prevent very fast subsequent attacks
• Teleport range increased
• AI is now more human-like
