Bug Fixes and Visual Improvements

This is a pretty big update. I've made a ton of improvements as I've been working on the upcoming roguelike sequel including some pretty neat new visual improvements and I wanted to add these back into Battle for Esturia. Here is what's included with this update:

• HP/EP restored on level-up
• Enemy bones and party NPCs no longer block stairs after battle
• Added Scanlines as display option
• Added blood Splatter on enemy death
• Added screen shake on damage
