Weapon: Whip - Basic Shield: 12 -> 11
Skill: Black Bullets - Skill range is increased.
Artifact: Septicemic Bacteria - Prices is changed.
Artifact: Outlaw's Backup Gun - Chance: 60% -> 70%
Artifact: Sheriff's Backup Gun - Cooldown: 2s -> 1.5s
Bug Fix
The issue that certain blessing effects were applied differently depending on the starting weapon, is fixed.
