Minor fixes in the game and the dataeditor

Hello,

A small update has been deployed fixing several bugs in the game and the dataeditor including:

- Fixed a contract issue with players set to play for the second team by the AI
- Added new partner for the french localization in game
- Fixed search/filtering of competitions and teams in the dataeditor

We are currently working on implementing new features requested by the community in the dataeditor.
