Magic Update

Added a new weapon type "Staves", which also come with a new weapon stat / enchantment.
Staves have spell damage added to them, which increase how much damage spells do.
The Magic enchantment also increases the damage that spells do.

Next items to be added will most likely be armor centered around magic users.
