Update Notes for October

This update features a number of misc improvements and enhancements since the initial early access release but mainly syncs the PC version up with the upcoming Oculus store, Quest, and PS4/PS5 versions.

There will be a major update soon which will introduce a number of gameplay improvements but for now this update is mainly backend changes and updates.
