I THINK I figured out why people were getting softlocked on the tic-tac-toe minigame, and I THINK I fixed it. If that doesn't work, I ALSO added a "skip game" button as a workaround. If somehow the game is HORRIBLY BROKEN now please tell me.
Unfortunately if you had a save file which was broken due to this softlock, it will still be broken ):
