V0.53 Added Game Pause to Menu / Inventory, & quick equip items

Small patch this week.
The ability to pause the game was a frequent request in the forum.
Now when using the menu (Default Esc) the game will pause, as well as when using the inventory (Default Tab).
Players can bind items to the 1,2,3 and 4 keys on their keyboard.
Any item in the first 4 inventory slots will be bound to these keys.
