Version 3.06 Patch 4

1. Fixed an issue where HQ status was not showing correctly with the mouse over.

2. If you select a skin that is not downloaded it will immediately download when selected in the hangar.

3. Added a on screen text message when the auto change country changed your country.

4. Arena Reboots and terrain changes now will have your client exit to the arena selection menu.
