Patch Notes:
- Fixed main camera scale getting smaller overtime after you die.
- Fixed various out-of-bounds spots.
- Updated out-of-bounds to work better with all levels and delete bodies.
- Fixed bounce pad not working on spikes.
- Slight update to credits.
- Possible fix for players using ragdoll bodies to fly.
- Fixed several tutorial posters being un-readable.
- Fixed not dieing to wall and ceiling spikes while on a sphere body.
- Fixed bug where player had access to cube bodies early in level one when using scroll wheel.
