RoboGAL: Gaga Delta Lady · public · first seen
Yesterday made 1 week since RoboGAL's release and we once again want to thank you all for the amazing reception. Seriously, thank you. Also, yesterday has been released a new patch with some bugfixes and new features.
First, let's start with the bug fixes:
Fixed a bug that made Garden Vine disappear when its seed hit an edge;
Fixed a bug that made the fishes in Echo's special attack not pause, causing desync and unfair damage to Rei-bo;
Fixed a bug that made Emi's Big Bear (stage version) stop shooting or exploding when the game's paused at the wrong moment;
Fixed a bug that made your time inside a stage you quit be carried over to a freshly created/opened save file;
Now Tiki-Tita, the enemy lobster, can fall back to the water after jumping out of it;
All the brooms in the maze-like screens of Kai-Lone's stage don't respawn after being killed nor despawn after quitting the screen they're in;
Chuno, the cutie patootie car enemy, no longer plays the crashing into the wall sound if offscreen;
Now the game always saves between Final Stages 1, 2, 3 & 4, preventing anyone who had their game closed due to exterior factors from losing their progress in case they had started playing from a Final Stage prior to the one they're currently in;
Now, for the non-bug related additions, we have a new spinning, pink and green icon that shows up at the bottom left corner of the screen everytime the game triggers the save process, and, also, a new submenu in options called "visual options" that let you change some visual settings that may be helpful for speedrunners and photosensitive people. Those visual options are:
Timer: it enables two timers, a global one, which counts your whole playthrough time, and your in-stage one, which is self-explanatory. Both only start counting after the "let's go!" sign ends, and stop after Rei-bo dies or defeats a boss;
Charging effect: if disabled, Rei-bo keeps her charge level color palette static instead of blinking between different ones;
Enemy hit effect: if disabled, the enemy shows a way toned down blinking effect when hit by an attack from Rei-bo;
Water effect: it enables the wavy effect on backgrounds that feature water.
That's it for this patch. Don't forget to use the Steam Community or our Discord's server to report any bug that you found. See you later!
