Big change! Not much in the way of new content but you can share your custom liveries on the Steam workshop now. It really wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be to get everything off the ground, and I didn’t slopcode it.
After a successful workshop upload, the livery is removed from your local filesystem. To edit it again, subscribe to it on Steam. You'll be able to load, edit, and reupload a changed version via the same workflow.
Skin identifiers are embedded in replays, but they aren’t auto-downloaded. If you watch someone’s replay and they have a workshop skin equipped for it, they’ll have the default Prototype skin equipped unless you’re subscribed to that skin on Steam. I may add an option to auto-download ghost skins, but that would come later if there’s desire for it, and certainly don't want to do it by default.
added Steam Workshop support to the livery editor
fixed exiting from the livery editor to not go to the title screen
