Build 26438214

New

• 🗼 Second large tower: a new research in the tower branch, right after the large tower ($500,000). It lets you build a second large tower – and only with both can your airport handle more than 50 aircraft at once.

• 🚀 Large Tower ++++: 100 aircraft: the new top level ($2,500,000) allows 100 aircraft at once. You can research it as soon as the second large tower stands. Make sure you have enough parking positions so the extra planes can actually land.

Changed

• 🔬 New order in the tower branch: Large Tower → Second Large Tower → 60 → 70 → 80 → 100 aircraft. With only one large tower, the limit stays at 50.

• 💾 Existing saves: everything you have already researched keeps working – even with just one large tower. The first time you load, a window explains the new system once. For 100 you need the second large tower.

• 🏢 Your Own Airline (DLC): the two new research items now count toward “everything researched”. Airlines that have already been founded are not affected.

• 🪟 Tower window: it now shows the capacity – and for the large tower, how many aircraft a second one would allow.
  Improved

• ⚡ Much leaner aircraft shadows: every plane now casts its shadow as one piece instead of up to 14 separate parts. The shadow looks exactly the same, but the graphics card has far less work – that’s why even 100 aircraft run without stuttering.

• 🏨 Three new hotels: the build menu now has a “Hotels” submenu with four designs – Hotel A (4×2), Hotel B (7×2), Hotel C (2×2) and the existing hotel, now called Hotel D (3×2). They all earn the same; only the look is different. That way there’s always a hotel that fits the gap you have free – and your airport gets more variety.

Fixed

• 💬 Hotel income shown correctly: the build tooltip and the message when building said $5,000 per day. Hotels have always paid $5,500 – now that’s what it says everywhere.
