This is a small day-one patch that addresses a couple of issues and brings a couple of improvements that were requested. Remember that you can join the discord if you want to leave your feedback directly!

• poison now kills the enemy at the correct time
• throw caution is now considered in the chance calculation
• breathe & disregard trigger calculations as well
• fix "effort limit" not translated in the menu
• fix a couple of spelling issues
• fix accepting an "item-receive" popup triggered the next encounter
• fix card order issues on controller when rearranging them
