Fixes

• Translated 8 skill tree upgrades that showed English text in every language:
  • Unlock Refill, Refill Chance, Refill Count, Refill Speed Reset
  • Shockwave, Expanding Ripple, Crushing Wave, Ripple Effect

• Their names and descriptions now appear in all 30 supported languages.
