New Features:
-You can now pet the cat! Comes with a new hand pose animation for petting, which is also used for grab beam interactions when you don't have an item in hand

General Improvements:
-Your direction and facing when moving through the portal is now the direction and facing you come out the other side with. No more forced forward direction. This also works for large objects brought through the portal at different angles, and space is now checked and made for players coming through the portal with objects.
-Breaker boxes and generators now show on the base location map
-The screen on the arm device now always shows for the local player when the arm is up
-Added a blurb in the tutorial after sleeping about how you can sleep through difficult times of day if things are getting too tough

General Fixes:
-Players loading a game with more XP than their level needs now get the levels and skill points they're owed. Extra XP no longer gets stuck.
-Fixed the grab beam getting stuck on during multi-door interactions in multiplayer games
-Fixed another case of the grab beam getting stuck on when the object being interacted with went away
-Fixed a number of objects that couldn't be grabbed even though they could have had Enticine attached

Suburbs:
-You can no longer throw things under the RV portals, so throwing things back to the truck no longer loses you Enticine

Gas Station:
-The gas generator in the gas station house is now outside by the rear door
