Added a "Foreign Figures" registry, accessible via "Registry → Foreign Figures," where you can view visiting envoys and foreign hostages currently residing in your realm.

Supports filtering by category (envoys or hostages) and displays each individual's home nation and status.

Fixed an issue where the status of hostages would become glitched following a change in their home nation's ruler, and an issue where envoys would remain in the game world even after returning to their home country.

Fixed a display glitch that could occur when rapidly switching between character portraits.

Fixed an issue where children born to officials after their marriage would have their Administration and Military attributes incorrectly displayed as 0.

Newborn children will now have their initial Administration and Military attributes correctly calculated based on their parents' attributes, growth values, and innate traits.

Resolved compatibility issues in certain legacy save files where children’s Administration or Military attributes were incorrectly set to 0.

Fixed an issue where the "Recruit Troops" button would occasionally become unclickable when returning to the interface for one's own provinces or frontier garrisons after viewing an enemy nation's map. You can now recruit troops without needing to switch scenes.
