The Ascent is here
Eloria is one open world now. No more loading from zone to zone: walk from the Forest Path to the east coast and see all of it on the way. This is also the biggest change under the hood the game has had, and your progress came with you.
This is a required update. If Steam hasn't downloaded it yet, restart Steam.
One open world
- Walk from the Forest Path through Dark Woods, Goblin Hills, the Heartland, the Cursed Caverns, the Ancient Ruins and the Defiled Sanctum to the east coast
- Three new quest sites, each with its own story: Brookhollow (The Blight at the Ford), Starfall Crater (The Night the Light Fell) and the Wardens' Barrow (The Oath Beneath), with 12 quests from Hobb, Vela and more
- New field bosses: the Werewolf Alpha prowls the Wolf Den in Dark Woods, and Grukk, the Troll Chief holds Goblin Hills with his warband
- The east coast is alive, with monsters roaming Sirensands, Tidebreak Cove and the Drowned Shore
- Ascent quests drop a yellow pin on your map. Show or hide it with the Quest marker chip on the world map
Plumes of the Fallen Light
- 300 Plumes hidden on landmarks across six regions
- Liora, Keeper of the Halo, starts the hunt. Bring your Plumes to the Halo Shrine for Resonance rewards
Level cap 60
- The cap goes from 50 to 60, and levels 51 to 60 give 2 stat points each
- Experience is reworked: a new EXP curve, with monster and quest rewards scaled to your level. Your current progress converted automatically
