⚔️ New: Faction Diplomacy
- The galaxy no longer starts in all-out war. Rival factions begin at an uneasy peace and are pulled into war over time as tensions build.
- Natural rivals heat up fastest, and your advisors warn you when a faction is about to turn on you.
- You pick your fights — launching an assault declares war on that world's owner.

📡 New: Commander Comms
- Your advisors and enemy warlords now hail you with in-person video transmissions on the galaxy map.
- Messages type out as they're spoken, with incoming-transmission alerts and quick action buttons.
- Calls fire when tensions rise or a key world is threatened, and callers weigh your odds before a fight.

🚀 New: Fleet Command
- Move fleets across the map on a per-turn move pool, with attacks gated by how far your fleets can reach.
- Capture a world and your fleet advances into it; new fleets spawn as you grow. The AI maneuvers its fleets too.

🌌 Campaign Map Overhaul
- Full zoom + pan navigation (mouse wheel and gamepad), fit-to-screen by default, with a parallax starfield and the galactic core restored.
- Scouting de-fogs worlds right on the map; neighboring systems reveal as you expand.
- Spinning planet globes, clearer faction territory colors, fleet markers, yellow attack routes, under-attack badges.
- Clickable dispatches (jump to sieges, daily missions, revolts), cleaner Moves/Supply readout, named worlds, bigger galaxy with farther panning.

🛠️ Battle Feedback
- When a card or attack can't be played, the game now tells you why (wrong target, already attacked, invalid sacrifice) and points you to a valid option.

🐞 Fixes & Polish
- Fixed defender-champion handling in live campaign battles; killed black flashes when planet/comms videos start; many campaign UI spacing, color, and readability improvements.
