Another tiny update with a few minor bug fixes and QoL improvements.

Quality of Life Improvements

• Added a "Can't Inscribe Yet" option to the inscription menu filter drop-down.
• Made yield predictions order match goals order when sorting is off.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed some edge cases of shortages still being displayed in the settlements list after being fulfilled.
• Fixed the displayed gained insights count being incorrect in the Finish Expedition confirmation prompt when accessed from the pause menu.
• Fixed several places in the UI that didn't properly support translation.
