CK 1.3.0.7 - Security patch

A security vulnerability has been found in the Brotli library we use to compress save files. Nothing indicates that the vulnerability has been used to target Core Keeper players, but as a precaution, we have temporarily disabled the ability to share save files via mods. We hope to be able to reenable this feature once the Unity engine has been patched to fix this vulnerability.
