v0.9.7 Readable Descriptions and Boss Fight Improvements

Boss pressure waves now come less often but hit harder.
In boss fights, counters pressed slightly early, and counters or finishers pressed while changing tracks, now work.
Boss fights now show the damage you deal and the cars you lose at the top of the screen.
When DILEMMA BREAK is ready, the tracks you will plow through together are now marked.
The Golem's big rock warning now matches the tracks where it lands.
Part descriptions no longer disappear while you read them, both on pickup and in the shop.
Boss fight hints now stay on screen longer.
Changing the sound effect volume in Settings now plays a sound at in-game loudness.
Toned down explosion sounds in boss fights that were loud enough to distort.
Minor bug fixes.
