This small patch fixes voice chat and makes Match voice status messages clearer.

• Fixed voice chat during Free Discussion and voice-state handling in silent phases.
• Eliminated players now see “Only living players can talk” during Free Discussion instead of the current-speaker-only message.
• Voice and microphone messages now fit the Match status bar in all 14 supported languages, in both open-mic and push-to-talk modes.
• Changed the self-mute button to a microphone icon.
