Build 26034200

A quick patch just to fix a particular achievement for Tetsa still not being unlockable in the last patch.

• Fixes the main issue with location Courtyard not counting for her achievement.
• Fixes similar issue with her Lead not logging for same location.
• Changing the trigger for both to happen at the beginning of the long convo, not the end.
• Safety-checking this achievement every single loop start, not just at each spot.
• Adjusting Verrik position for that convo since there was a weird overlap with foreground.
