PATCHNOTES SUMMARY:
TOWN WORKSHOPS — Every town from 1 to 7 has a workshop with two lifts you can buy or rent.
TRASH CONTAINER — A 4,000 l dumpster at your base. Throw anything in, empty it with one button.
GETTING IN — A soft light on the ground next to each door now shows where to get in.
BLACK CARS FIXED — Cars no longer turn black on the first start after an update.
DRIVING — Right-click menu, food, OBD reader and ECU tool now work while driving.
FUN MODE — $100,000 start money, base shops to buy, achievements count.
SMALLER GAME — 1767 MB down to 1142 MB. This update is bigger once, future updates download much less.
Town workshops in towns 1–7: buy for $10,000 (yours for good) or rent for $200 per 24 hours. Two-post lift, four-post lift and build desk included. When the rent runs out the machines stop and cars on the lifts come down.
Trash container at the base: 4,000 l, takes everything, empties with one button. The pile grows as you fill it. You can also place one yourself at the build desk.
First-use hints at 17 devices (lifts, dyno, paint booth, engine crane, beds, phone booth, fuel pump and more). OK shows it again next time, DON'T SHOW AGAIN hides it for good.
Random crates at the farm, the small construction site, the restaurant and the workshop with gas station. The crate type is rolled, never a type that is already there.
The parking brake locks right away when the driver is thrown out in a crash, knocked out or goes AFK.
Waking up after "all down" you get the start kit again. Your old stuff still lies where you went down.
Honking wakes the dashboard like hovering it with the mouse.
Download size: textures, voices, sound effects and fonts packed much smaller. Updates from now on only ship what changed.
Driver: right-click menu, eating and drinking, OBD reader and ECU tool work at any speed. Sleeping and saving still need the engine off.
Fun Mode: new profiles start with $100,000 in the bank and $30,000 in your pocket. Base shops in new Fun worlds must be bought. Cash from crates counts double. 27 achievements now count in Fun Mode (leaderboards stay Hardcore only). Phone booth rides cost half.
Phone booth: always usable. Cash first, the rest from your bank account, and if that is empty too, the ride is free.
Diesel engines take half the engine damage and use much less fuel. All cars use about 30 % less fuel.
Roadside places come 1.5× more often, gas stations too. Every type of place shows up within 250 km.
Wrecks hold more fuel, and their radiator or oil pan is sometimes still tight.
All three cars at the base of a new world start in full condition, each with a 15–60 % tank.
AWD kit: the slider now sets the real front/rear split, from 100 % front to 100 % rear.
Getting in: the light spot on the ground replaces the coloured squares and sits a bit further back.
Small town moved close to the highway.
Road bumps start from km 1 in every mode.
Car paint could be black on the first start after an update.
A parked car could end up on top of the wrench at the workshop after loading.
Co-op: a downed or AFK player no longer blocks the group sleep.
Co-op: the phone booth card shows the price for the whole group.
Tuning shop: the owner's chair is no longer usable by players and has the right look.
Town 3: removed the stop sign at the exit checkpoint.
Co-op: everyone needs the latest version.
