Little second hotfix for the patch 0.9.6 to fix some issues.

• Fixed an issue where you could charge a push, release it and instantly parry canceling the push but placing you in a non desired state, disabling the capacity to use the sickle to attack.

• Fixed some minor issues related to stamina regeneration and use.

• Fixed an issue related to custom audio volume box not having the right bounds size and position, making some guard not detecting audio while being in very specific location of some areas.
