Major fixes

• New Employee Handbook.
• Golf carts now have a tool rack.
• The input prompts now show that holding the drop key throws your item.
• Only MKIII dynamite can blast through the containment plating now.
• The slot machine and prize wheel pay out less.
• Gambling winnings no longer count as earned income in the shift summary or toward the dream bonus.
• Basketball only scores on shots.
• While collector bots look for work, they now stay around the egg instead of wandering off.
• A bucket a robot is carrying no longer shoves items, carts and players out of the way.
• Fixed dropped items sometimes floating in mid-air or sitting in a different spot for different players in multiplayer.
• Fixed a golf cart ending up in the wrong place for other players.
• Fixed shell pieces going missing for players who join a game already in progress.
• Fixed various collision issues.
