Changes:
• Doubled Credits rewards for every NPC kill
• Auction: minimum starting bids halved for ships, MkIII equipment, Vesper drone, and various munitions and module charges
• Self-defense: killing a player of your own faction no longer costs rank points if they attacked you first
• PC: event boxes are now grouped in a movable EVENTS panel, opened and closed with the new EVENTS square, showing "No active events" when nothing is running
• When you are in the radiation zone, three orange arrows now point from your ship to the nearest safe edge
• Cryothex slow-effect is now shown with light blue ice flakes around the ship instead of the blue glow, which was hard to see on mobile
