Hey everyone, this update gives you more ways to grow your army and makes the start of the game easier to learn.
You can now unlock a Hero who follows you and fights to protect you. He starts with a sword, with Bow Training and Healing Wand upgrades to work toward. Hero’s Party adds three companions, but while it is enabled your maximum health is cut in half. Keep an eye on those cooldown icons when you need to call him back!
Unlock Tombstones in the Summoning tree, click the ability, and place the ghost on clear ground. They cost ore only and raise their own troops to fight around them. You can have up to five Tombstones. The settlement limit is now nine to make room for these new forces. The Summoning tree has its own tombstone-shaped layout, too.
The tutorial is now eight chapters with shorter instructions and time to read. It introduces 2× speed before your first fight and teaches you to call your Hero, place a Tombstone, and defend it from enemies arriving at the clearing’s edges. Extra tips are optional instead of making you visit more menus.
The upgrade lesson highlights a big LEARN button and gives you the points for Focus Command rank 1, then Passive Mending rank 1. You learn both before moving on. Recommended Auto Upgrades follows that same starting path before continuing through the rest of the tree. Your Hero also follows more smoothly instead of stopping and starting behind you.
One settlement is a foothold. Build your next. Get out there, grow your army, and see what those skeletons can do.
Thanks for the feedback. Keep telling me what feels confusing and what you enjoy — it helps me make the game better.
