Update 4.7 gives every match a big-game feel: new stadiums, commentary, a broadcast look and a real title party.
5 new stadiums
- Aurora Arena, Sunset Park, Emerald Arena, The Colosseum and Heritage Ground join the rotation for training, ranked and friendly matches, and are also menu backdrops.
- Proper night games: floodlight towers and shadows from every pylon.
- Full-screen rain on a wet pitch.
- The career's dirt pitch is now a menu backdrop too.
Broadcast look
- Commentary in English, Portuguese and Spanish for goals, saves and shots off the post. Turn it off in Settings > Audio.
- Walkout with a TV camera sweeping past both teams before kick-off.
- Goals with slow motion, camera shake and a flash in the net, plus a ball trail on powerful shots.
- A crowd that reacts to the play and an on-screen highlight alert for great moves.
- Grass and turf flying on hard shots and tackles, dust on the dirt pitch.
Title celebrations
- Lightning Cup: the champions step onto the podium and the captain lifts the trophy, with confetti and fireworks.
- King's Court: a new throne, with the winning team celebrating around the captain.
- Career: an animated signing (the chairman hands you the shirt and you kiss the badge), passing the trial, victory and farewell.
- All 13 goal celebrations were reanimated, one by one.
Much smarter bots
- They shoot from outside the box, aim for the corners and hit the target far more often.
- They form triangles to receive, release the ball before the tackle lands and escape players chasing from behind.
- Call for the ball from an outfield bot just like you already could from the keeper.
- Offline friendlies now use the same bots and goalkeeper as online.
- Bots chat now and then during the match.
Mobile
- Swipe up to shoot into the top corner; a tap still shoots low into the corner.
- A green aim line when the ball is going in, assisted crosses and vibration on shots.
Your style
- 5 new premium hairstyles: Modern Quiff, Twists, Textured Fringe, Curls and Long Straight, in 9 colours.
- Ponytail and Afro remade; hairstyles sit better on the head.
- PC shop tabs now in two rows.
Fixes
- "Off the post" only shows when the ball really hits the frame; a shot that hits the post and goes in is a goal.
- Half-time no longer announces "full time".
- Celebrations wait for the goal to show on screen, and spectators see them too.
- Player names stay above the head during the walkout and celebrations.
- The game no longer looks pixelated after a match.
- A tackle on someone already on the ground no longer makes them stand up and fall again.
- Skin no longer shows through the shirt with an arm raised.
